About Dr. Davis Cosmetic Services Available Hospital Affiliations Insurances Accepted Map and Contact Information Mayli Davis, MD Dr. Davis grew up in the Kansas City area. Her undergraduate and medical training were completed at the University of Kansas. Dr. Davis interned at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, prior to her three year residency in ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. A fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in ophthalmic plastic and orbital surgery completed her training. As a woman, Dr. Davis brings a feminine touch and understanding of aesthetic procedures many patients now seek. Dr. Davis, a board certified ophthalmologist, has practiced in the Fort Worth area for 7 years and is currently president of the Tarrant County Ophthalmological Society and chairman of the Ophthalmology Division at Plaza Medical Center.
Services that Dr. Maylis provides: - We offer treatment to adults and children for numerous eyelid problems ranging from cosmetic concerns to reconstruction for skin cancer.
- In addition, we care for tear duct problems, Graves’ eye disease, orbital fractures and orbital tumors.
- We utilize laser and radiofrequency surgery in order to provide the benefits of the latest technology.
- We also offer a full line of Obagi and Skinceuticals skin care products as well as the Obagi Blue Peel.

Insurances Accepted - Our office accepts most of the major insurances including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, PHCS, and Medicaid. We also accept numerous others that are not listed here, so please call our office to check.
Map / Contact Information - The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Dr. Davis see patients on Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternating Mondays and Fridays.
- Surgery is usually performed on Wednesdays and some Fridays.
